Every week you will have a 411 with your trainer/supervisor to go over your goals, both personally and professionally. A 411 is broken down into what you will do in the 4 weeks, to get to your monthly goals (1), and your monthly goals get you to your yearly (1) goal. In these meetings, you develop plans to get you to those goals and be held accountable.
It is required that every team member turns in a filled out copy of there 411 for the upcoming week every Monday at 8:30. There is an attachment under the "downloads" page of the 411 document, you can either type it up and email it to Belle, or handwrite it and put it in the mailbox outside Tammy's office.
The Wexler Group has a standard three part probationary program that is broke up to your first 30, 60, & 90 days on the team. Each segment of this program has its own set of goals for you to accomplish to ensure that you are on pace with where you should be with your training.
The KW 1-3-5 stands for "1 goal", "3 Priorities" and "5 Strategies" . It is broken down by what 5 strategies you have to do in order to complete the 3 priorities it will take to make it to your one goal.
Your GPS is the roadmap in your business. It shows where you have to go to get to your main business goal.
